The present invention relates to a pressure reservoir having a rigid container with a deformable bladder therein dividing the container into two variable volume chambers, each adapted to receive fluid under pressure. A port is provided in communication with one of said chambers and valve means are associated with said port to close the latter. The valve means is controlled by deformation of the bladder upon expansion thereof when fluid is discharged through said port. The valve means is conformed so that a suction effect will be created due to the flow of fluid through said port, which will cause the valve means accurately to center on a fixed seat associated with the port to close the latter and prevent extrusion of the bladder.

The invention relates to a hydraulic or pneumatic apparatus and can be used as a fluid accumulator. . The purpose of the invention is to improve the centering of the overlapping member. The goal is achieved by the fact that the shape of the aforementioned concavity is parabolic with a depth to diameter ratio of 1: 2.5. The drawing shows a pressure tank, a longitudinal section. The pressure tank is a sealed housing 1, the cavity of which is divided by an elastic diaphragm 2 into two chambers 3 and 4 for the supply and discharge of fluid through the inlet. 5 and the outlet 6. In the diaphragm 2, a thickening 7 is provided in which the overlapping element 8 with the concavity 9 is placed, the surface of which is parabolic with a depth to diameter ratio of 1: 2.5. The device works as follows. The outlet is connected to a hydraulic device and gas is injected through the inlet 5 into the chamber 3. In this case, the gas pressure in the chamber 3 is transmitted through the diaphragm 2 to the fluid in the chamber 4. The liquid through the outlet 6 from the chamber 4 is injected into the hydraulic device. At the same time, a vacuum arises in the concavity 9, which ensures the correct centering of the blocking element relative to the outlet 6. This ensures in the closed position an exact poloh: the blocking element is relative to the outlet, which means complete isolation of chamber 4 from the hydraulic device.
